IF: Dip

Dip

I thought I'd post the sketch this week. The girl was angrier in the sketch but I decided that realistically, she would be a little envious of her little brother, so I softened her expression in the finished piece.  I doodled the sketch directly in Painter (using a baby blue canvas) and worked directly over the sketch to make the finished painting.

Wow, how long did you take to do this? I'm trying to do digital drawings in Photoshop and it takes me ages! Feel free to visit my site too http://littlepixyboots.blogspot.com

Fantastic, Alissa - and I love that you showed the original sketch...she has such energy in that angry expression...I'm a bit torn! : ) I love them both. And great concept, too. : )
